| INTERNATIONAL : The Embassy of China in Dhaka hosted a reception honoring the participants of the 2026 training program in China for senior officials of the Government of Bangladesh. Held on October 8, the event featured keynote addresses by Dr. Liu Yuyin, Chargé d`Affaires of the Chinese Embassy in Bangladesh, and Md. Ismail Zabiullah, Advisor to the Prime Minister of Bangladesh on Public Administration. All participating officials preparing for the upcoming training tour in China attended the reception.
In his address, Dr. Liu Yuyin stated that under the strategic guidance of the leaders of both nations, China-Bangladesh relations have been elevated to building a shared future in the new era. He noted that this milestone has injected fresh momentum into the sustained, long-term growth of bilateral ties.
Dr. Liu reiterated China`s firm support for Bangladesh in exploring a development path tailored to its unique national realities and domestic conditions. He expressed confidence that the training initiative would deepen governance and administrative exchanges between the two countries, playing a constructive role in Bangladesh`s national development while advancing the shared future of both nations.
Mr. Md. Ismail Zabiullah commended the thoughtful, dedicated initiative organized by China for the training program. He emphasized that the visit offers an invaluable opportunity to gain deeper insights into China`s developmental model, while simultaneously strengthening mutual understanding, trust, and goodwill between the governments and peoples of both countries.
He further expressed optimism that the visit would broaden pragmatic cooperation across key sectors—including trade, science, and technology—and drive new milestones in advancing Bangladesh-China bilateral relations.
