WR Desk: Trust Bank PLC and Multibrand Workshop Limited have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to provide special benefits to the bank’s valued customers and employees.

Under the agreement, all Trust Bank debit, credit, and prepaid cardholders will be entitled to a 20% discount on service charges and up to 30% special discount on Pre-Purchase Inspection (PPI) services at Multibrand Workshop.

In addition, officials of Trust Bank PLC will also enjoy exclusive privileges on various services offered by Multibrand Workshop Limited.

The signing ceremony was attended by senior officials from both organizations.

On behalf of Trust Bank PLC, the agreement was signed by Md. Mahbub Hossain, SEVP and Head of Business Division. Representing Multibrand Workshop Limited, the MoU was signed by Mashud Karim Chowdhury, Executive Director of the company.

Bank officials said this partnership aims to enhance customer satisfaction by offering value-added services and making vehicle maintenance more affordable for cardholders.

Multibrand Workshop authorities also expressed hope that the collaboration will strengthen ties between the two institutions and provide long-term benefits to Trust Bank’s customers nationwide.
