| Kamrul Hasan: As part of various initiatives aimed at encouraging young people to embrace sports and maintain a healthy lifestyle, the colorful prize-giving ceremony of “Chuti ONE RUN 2026” was held in a vibrant and festive atmosphere.
The event was graced by the presence of the State Minister for Youth and Sports of the Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh, Aminul Haque, as the chief guest. Barrister Zaima Rahman, daughter of the Honorable Prime Minister, attended the event as a special guest.
Their presence added further excitement and energy to the program. Speakers at the event said that the current government has been implementing various programs to encourage the younger generation to stay away from drugs and negative influences while promoting sports, creativity, and healthy living.
They also highlighted that the government has been working consistently to expand sports activities from the national level to the grassroots through infrastructural development, organizing international-standard competitions, and increasing youth participation in sporting activities.
The “Chuti ONE RUN 2026” event also witnessed enthusiastic participation from people of all ages. Runners, sports enthusiasts, and young participants turned the program into a lively gathering and celebration of fitness and unity.
Organizers stated that such events are being arranged regularly with the goal of building a health-conscious society and fostering positive values among the youth.
At the end of the ceremony, the guests handed over awards and honors to the winners. Prominent figures from the sports arena, representatives of social organizations, and a large number of spectators were present at the event.
