Kamrul Hasan : The allies of fascism who are conspiring to destroy freedom, democracy and the success achieved in the BNP-student-people`s uprising on July 24th will not be spared in any way, said BNP`s
BNP Central Executive Committee member, former General Secretary of Manikganj District BNP, senior member of the District BNP Convening Committee and the leader of the rice sheaf of Manikganj-1 constituency (Ghior, Daulatpur and Shivaloy).
He made these remarks during a roadshow organized by BNP Acting Chairman Tarique Rahman in Ward No. 7, 8 and 9 of Shibaloy Sadar Union in Manikganj on Friday afternoon on the occasion of the 31-point implementation and campaign program to repair the state structure announced by BNP.
He made these remarks while exchanging views with party leaders, activists, supporters, general voters and local residents.
Ward No. 9 BNP General Secretary Abdul Awal presided over the meeting, which was attended by District Jubo Dal convener Kazi Mostaq Hossain Dipu, District Krishak Dal vice-president Masudur Rahman Masud and leading figures of BNP and all its organs and associate organizations.
He said that the country has entered a state of crisis today. He presented his ideology that elections are the only correct and beneficial solution.
This leader also said that fascist Hasina`s banned Awami League has started to raise its head. They are creating anarchy across the country to disturb public life through various sabotage plots. These evil forces are never beneficial for the country and the nation. Everyone must work together to resist these evil forces. He said, “There is no alternative to implementing the 31-point plan formulated by Tarique Rahman to restore the democratic system of the country and restore the fundamental rights of the people. This program is not just a political commitment, but rather an outline of the future development of the nation, justice and good governance.”
He also said, “Today’s roadshow proves that people want change, people want to join the movement for democratic liberation under the leadership of Tarique Rahman. Our united struggle to establish the people’s right to vote will continue.”
He said, the head of the interim government, Dr. Muhammad Yunus, has announced the holding of national elections in the first half of next February. But a group is trying to sabotage this election. To resist these evil forces and ensure the victory of the rice sheaf in every seat of Manikganj, known as the base of the BNP, the acting chairman of the BNP, Tarique Rahman, called for the implementation of the 31-point campaign announced by the national leader, and to further strengthen the organizational structure, forgetting all differences, and to build a united public opinion. He wished the speedy recovery of the national leader, Begum Khaleda Zia, and sought everyone`s prayers for the good health and longevity of the national leader, Tarique Rahman.
